I think both rubrics look good! The only question I have about the project rubric is regarding the Text Clarity and Navigation categories. These items appear to be included in the Layout category as well. Should they have their own categories as well?
ReplyDeleteThat's a good point Andrea, they may be able to be combined in the layout category. I think the peer evalutation looks good and covers all the areas of group work.

ReplyDeleteFor the team project, I agree with Andrea that text clarity and navigation is also included with layout. Also, under technicality, can you clarify, Dr. Carolyn, if use of the Wimba classroom is required? Will we be going over this program in class?
Rubrics look good! Team project Rubric is long. Not sure that I have seen a Rubric of this size. However, having said that I do think it covers everything.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I think that text clarity can be combined with layout. The two do seem to over lap and perhaps navigation as I read more closely does seem to have the same wording.
I think they look great as well. I think Text Clarity and Navigation should be separated. This, I think, would make grading easier.
ReplyDeleteI agree with all of the comments above, and obviously the rubrics have been finalized. Just wanted to add "in writing" that I approve of our rubric choices.
